Returns and complaints policy

 

Partners’ customers have the right to cancel the order within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by e-mail. Information about the return should be sent to reklamacje@kobisc.pl. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. At the same time, an invoice correction will be issued.

 

I. Returns conditions

To qualify for a return, make sure that:

• The item was purchased within the last 14 days.
• The goods are placed in the original packaging and have not been mounted before.
• The customer bears the costs and risk of returning the goods to us. The goods should be sent to the following address: Kobi s.c., Kazimierza Mireckiego 5, 37-450 Stalowa Wola.
• We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return transportation. For this reason, we recommend the use of insurance and postal tracking services. We cannot issue a refund if we do not receive the goods or confirmation that we have received the return shipment.

II. Complaint conditions

Description of the complaint procedure:

• The Buyer may submit complaints to the Seller regarding the concluded Agreement at reklamacje@kobisc.pl.
• A properly submitted complaint should contain at least: name, surname, address, e-mail address of the Buyer, date of conclusion of the Agreement constituting the basis for the complaint, subject of the complaint, indicating the Buyer’s request, all circumstances justifying the complaint.
• If the data or information provided in the complaint need to be supplemented, before considering the complaint, the Seller asks the complainant to supplement it in the indicated scope.
• The seller recognizes the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt in the correct form.
• The response to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer.
